Product Description
laksna.com attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, laksna.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Shipping
Currently we ship to all locations in Singapore only. All deliveries require 1-2 working days to pack/dispatch your parcel and delivered approximately in 3-4 working days. Our Deliveries are managed by SingPost.
Product Color
We have done our best to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible shown on this web site. However, the Colours of the product you see on computer screen will vary slightly from those of the actual product. This is due to difference in underlying technologies of computer monitors that vary in calibration and resolution which cause the colour variation in addition the digital cameras used have different calibration the result of these difference is what you will see on your screen/ or photos. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Please take note that Return and Exchange will be applicable to a product only when there is a serious defect in fabric provided customer must notify us within 48 hours of date of delivery in such a case.
Return and exchange will only be done in the following cases:
· Genuine defect in fabric.
· Genuine quality issues.
· A wrong item has been shipped to you
No return and exchange will be given in the following cases:
· Minor design and colour variations.
· Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
· After many failed delivery attempts by the shipping partners.
· Package refused by recipient.
· Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
